Commerce Center Bringing Jobs To Upstate
Union County welcoming a new eCommerce center.

Belk Inc., a national retailer, is planning to build a new eCommerce center in the Upstate that is expected to add 124 jobs over the next five years, WYFF4 is reporting.
The center will be located in Union County and will cost $4.5 million. The center's operations will focus on processing online orders and distribution of Belk products.
The eCommerce distribution and fulfillment center is an expansion of the company’s existing eCommerce fulfillment center in Pineville, N.C.

“Belk’s eCommerce growth has been very strong, and to accommodate the demand from our customers, we need additional fulfillment space. We are pleased to fulfill that need with this new facility in Union County,” said Belk President and COO John R.
