Cop Impersonator Follows Greer Woman Home
Unidentified male reportedly follows woman to her apartment.

A Greer woman said she was followed into her apartment complex Sunday by someone pretending to be a police officer, Fox Carolina reports.
Greer Police investigated the incident, which occurred at 2:30 a.m. Sunday. The female victim told police that she had pulled into the parking lot of the Bradford Apartments on Poinsett Street when she saw a white Chevy Tahoe follow behind her. When she parked, a white male reportedly got out of the Tahoe, approached the vehicle, and identified himself as an officer with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
The man, described as standing roughly six feet tall, wearing cream-colored pants and a teal shirt, eventually left in his Tahoe. While the Greer PD has closed the case due to lack of leads, the agency has requested extra patrol for the apartments.
