Deputies: Trio Cooked Meth While Children Were In Home
Three people were arrested on multiple charges related to manufacturing methamphetamine in Landrum.
Three people were arrested Wednesday when Greenville County Sheriff's deputies discovered a meth lab at a Landrum home, where several children were living.
At approximately 5 p.m. Wednesday, the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office received a calling tipping them off to a suspected location where methamphetamine was being manufactured inside a residence at 406 S. Glassy Mountain Road in Landrum.
Uniform Patrol deputies arrived at the residence and made contact with the residents. During the investigation, a search warrant was obtained, and upon execution of the search warrant, chemical and equipment used to manufacture meth were discovered. According to the arrest warrants ,three minor children - a 14-year-old, a 20-month-old and a 4-month-old, were in the home while methamphetamine was being made, as was Brown Jr.’s elderly father, who was confined to a bed and unable to leave the residence.

The three children were taken into Emergency Protective Custody and are currently in the custody of the State of South Carolina and the elderly man has been relocated to an undisclosed medical facility.
Brown Jr., Quinn and Frady are charged manufacturing methamphetamine, disposal of methamphetamine waste, abuse of a vulnerable adult, and three counts of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in presence of a minor.

All three suspects are currently being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on $40,000 bond each.
