A 34-year-old Spartanburg man is accused of using his cell phone to take pictures of a woman in a dressing room at a Greenville store. Wilfrido Hernandez was arrested Wednesday by Greenville Police and charged with voyeurism. Hernandez is accused of taking pictures of the victim during an incident March 21. The victim was inside a dressing room at Plato's Closet when she saw him slip the phone under the wall and began taking pictures. She confronted the man, but he left the store.
