The S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle collision that killed one person.
Troopers said the wreck happened at 2:23 a.m. on Blacks Road in Greenville County. According to troopers, the driver of a 2001 Ford vehicle ran off the left side of the road in a curve and hit a utility pole.
Troopers said the driver was taken to Greenville Healthcare System and died a short time later. The driver was not wearing a seat belt.
