Duke Energy Holds Public Hearing on Proposed Rate Hike

Residents of Greenville County will get a chance for their voices to be heard during a public hearing on Wednesday about Duke Energy’s proposed price hike.
The hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. in Greenville County Council chambers at County Square downtown.
Duke is asking South Carolina regulators for permission to raise residential rates by 17 percent and industrial rates by 13 percent.
