Duncan Teen New Miss S.C. Teen 2012

With recent crowning of Miss South Carolina Teen Rachel Wyatt as Saturday as Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2013, a 16-year-old Duncan girl now holds the state crown, GreerToday.com reports. 

Sill, a junior honor student at Byrnes High School, is Miss Greater Greer Teen, and now holds the state crown. She won a $5,000 scholarship earlier this year after being named first runner-up in the Miss South Carolina Teen pageant in July. 

Sydney is the daughter of Phillip and Gina Sill. She performed a tap dance to “Baby I’m a Star” at the state pageant in Columbia and was named preliminary and overall evening wear/on-stage question winner.
