Provides a place where women can go to meet other breastfeeding mothers to share their wisdom, exchange information and experiences, or discuss any concerns that may come up. Some topics may include, but are not limited to: preparing for breastfeeding, managing the first few critical weeks, challenges of breastfeeding, pumping and storing milk, and how and when to wean baby.
Please note, the support group facilitator requires at least 3 participants to hold the group session. In the event that there are less than 3 individuals registered, the session will be cancelled. You will be notified 48 hours in advance via email and/or phone of the cancellation. If you have questions regarding cancellation, please call 675-4400.
