Construction is expected to be completed in August

Grading is well underway at Suber Commons in Greer.

Located at the corner of Suber Road and Wade Hampton Boulevard, the space will house IHOP, Doctors Express and Heartland Dental Care.

A tenant has not been named for the fourth site.

Construction is expected to wrap up in August and retail spaces will begin readying for business.
