Greer Man Dies In Early Morning Crash
A 30-year-old Greer man died Friday morning when he lost control of his vehicle.

A 30-year-old man was killed Friday morning in a one-car accident on Pelham Road.
Lance Cpl. Bill Rhyne of the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the man was driving his 2004 Lincoln west on Pelham Road near the intersection of Riley Smith Drive when he lost control of his vehicle and ran off the left side of the road at roughly 4 a.m.
The man, identified by the Greenville County Coroner's Office as Christopher Slusser, died at the scene, which is roughly two miles from Exit 54 on Interstate 85.

Slusser was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected when his car rolled over upon during the crash, Rhyne said.
According to Slusser's Facebook page, he worked at BMW.
