According to the warrants, Vargo, then 23, engaged in unwanted sexual behavior with the victims in very similar ways in all three incidents. The victims were 13 at the time. The warrants indicate that in two of the incidents involved Vargo "wrestling" and "horseplaying" with a victim before inappropriately touching him. Another involved Vargo taking off the victim's shirt on the pretense of giving him a back rub before committing the crime.
Vargo is currently being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on $60,000 bond - $20,000 for each count he faces.
