Man Dies in Taylors Wreck
Unidentified motorcyclist loses life on East Warehouse Court.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported a fatal one-vehicle collision in Taylors.
Lance Cpl. Scot Edgeworth confirmed Tuesday morning that one person had died after a motorcycle crash in Taylors.
According to Edgeworth, the driver of a 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle was headed north on East Warehouse Court, which runs roughly parallel with Rutherford Road, around 11:21 p.m. Monday when the driver hit a curve near the intersection of East Warehouse and Waddell Road, drove off the right side of the road and struck utility poll.

The driver was wearing a helmet, but was ejected and killed.
Deputy Coroner Kent Dill said he was in the process of notifying the victim's family, and that release of his identify would be predicated on next of kin notification.

Dill said his office would conduct an examination on the victim's body Tuesday.
