Moonlight Movies Series Begins Thursday in Greer
Indoor and outdoor screenings you won't want to miss this summer.

Planning to catch up on movies this summer?
Moonlight and Movies will begin Thursday, but with a new twist. On May 23, those age 17 and older can enjoy the "Hunger Games" and a beer (for those 21 and older) inside the Cannon Centre Cinema.
Sponsored by Greer Memorial, four films — two in May and two in August — will be shown this summer inside Cannon Center and exclusively for adults. Those who wish to purchase beer in concessions will have to show an ID at the door. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. and admission is a cash donation at the door to a local charity or one or more canned goods for local food banks.

“One of the requests we heard frequently last year was to have some films exclusively for adults," Julia Black, events coordinator for the City of Greer, said in a release. "We’re excited that Greer Memorial Hospital is making that and the family movies possible this year."
Family movies will be shown June 6 through July 25 at Greer City Park.
