A new subdivision planned in Taylors could be the new home for 60 families. According to documents provided by Greenville County planners, Creekside subdivision is being developed off Reid School Road in Taylors. Southpaw Properties of the Upstate and Anderson Excavating are the developers for the 20.4-acre site situated nearby to Wade Hampton Boulevard. At least 60 lots have been drawn up as part of the preliminary site plan submitted (see attached pdf) to the Greenville County Planning Commission. The plan was approved in late January. No word on when work will begin at the site.
