Eugenia Pinson Shealy, 63, wife of Irby Shealy, passed away February 12, 2013.
Born in Greenwood County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Richard and Mary Ruth Price Pinson.
Genie graduated from Winthrop College class of 1972. She was a realtor with Prudential Realty.
With her husband, she was co-owner of S&S Textile Supply. She was a member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 38 years, are her daughters, Mary Elizabeth Shealy and her husband Andrew Clark of Greenville; and Anna Shealy of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Addison and Katherine Clark; her sister, Sarah Elizabeth "Beth" Pinson of Greenwood; her brother, Lewis Eugene Pinson of Greenwood; and her sister-in-law, Patricia Elizabeth Smith of Simpsonville.
Genie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Eldred Pinson.
Memorial services will be held Friday, February 15, 2013 at 4:00pm at St. Giles Presbyterian Church with Reverend Matt Matthews officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
