Ohio Man Headed To Trial For Taylors Sex Crime
A 72-year-old man from Findlay, Ohio is accused of committing sex acts on a young girl.

A 72-year-old Ohio man arrested last year for sex crimes he allegedly committed on a young girl from 2001 to 2006 will have his day in court next week, according to the 13th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
According to records from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, the case originated from a Sutton Drive address in Taylors. Albert Brandeberry will head to trial beginning Aug. 6 on charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and committing a lewd conduct on a child.
Albert Brandeberry, a man from Findlay, Ohio, is accused of performing sex acts on a girl, now a teenager, when she was just a small child. From 2001 to 2006, Brandeberry allegedly performed oral sex on the child and made her do the same to him from when she was between the age of 7 and 11. There was also fondling reported in that same time frame.

He was arrested in April of 2011. He's represented by attorney Jim Bannister.
