Paris Mountain Named Best Park
This week, Patch readers voted Paris Mountain State Park in Greenville as the best park in the area.
When it comes to fun and recreation, Taylors-Wade Hampton area readers decided Paris Mountain State Park is the place to be.
The park, operated by the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, is located at 2401 State Park Road just northwest of Taylors, features cabins, camping, picnic areas, a small lake for water activities and trails for hiking and biking.
Paris Mountain won with 40 percent of the vote, beating out second place finisher, Holmes Park, which is located in the Delwood neighborhood in the Wade Hampton area of Greenville.
