When officers arrived at Tyler's home, Tyler told police that they had just missed a woman, who was driving a blue car and that had been threatening him. When police asked where the woman went, he pointed toward a wooded hill.
According to the report, this is not the first time that Tyler has abused the system. Greer police contacted him on Nov. 15, 2011 for using the system inappropriately. He also has been arrested twice by the Greenville County Sheriff's Office in 2010 for the same offense.
