Readers' Choice Winner: Taylors Bi-Lo

In our fifth weekly , we asked readers what grocery store best fit their shopping needs.

The winner for the "Readers' Choice" contest is determined by the number of votes cast. In the event of a close race, reader comments and reviews posted on our business directory will also be considered.

This week, we asked readers to tell us if they preferred Publix and its multiple locations, Bi-Lo and its multiple locations or the Ingles on Stallings Road.

When all was said and done, the at 3039 Wade Hampton Boulevard came out as the winner, with 33 percent of the vote. Bi-Lo is widely known for its Bonus Card program that offers a wide variety of discounts, as well as its "Fuel Perks" system that allows gas discounts at Spinx gas stations to accrue as customers spend at the store.

Coming in second was the Publix at 2801 Wade Hampton Boulevard.
