Report: JHM Plans New Downtown Greenville Hotel
The proposed 300-room hotel would be built near the federal courthouse.
Locally based hotelier, JHM, plans a 300-room hotel in downtown Greenville, WYFF reports.
The hotel would be built at the corner of Washington and SPring streets near the federal courthouse, according to the report.
Officials said they envision the facility to be competed in the next two years.
