Report: Woman Strikes Husband with Sandal During Fight About In-Laws

A Greer woman was charged with Criminal Domestic Violence, after striking her husband with a sandal during an argument.

According to a police report, a 39-year-old Greer woman said that she and her husband had been arguing about things that her in-laws were saying about her.

The woman said her husband refused to talk to his parents about the situation and the two began arguing. She said the argument moved outside their home, so as to not upset the kids, and that was when she struck him in the head with her sandal.

The victim said that woman also had threatened to hit him with a large vase. The victim had a large knot on his forehead, according to the incident report.
