School Bulletin: Greer Middle College Charter High School

- Amberleigh Dryman and Frankie Zeager entered a scholarship through NSLI for Youth, American Councils for International Education. Both won the scholarship and will be traveling this summer. Amberleigh will be visiting the country of Turkey to learn the Turkish language. Frankie will be traveling to China.

- Congratulations to all the ladies who participated in the first annual Miss GMC pageant. Caroline Pike won Miss GMC 2012.

- GMC participated in the first annual Blood Drive for The Blood Connection- April 10, 2012.  There were 26 units collected and 18 first-time donors who participated. 

- GMC Ambassador Program: 4 students to represent GMC at the MCNC, Middle College National Consortium, in California April 18-22 to discuss topics of diversity in America today.

- Prom is scheduled for April 27th at Grace Hall in Greer.  Senior picnic is May 18th at 1 p.m. at Lake Robinson.

- Incoming Freshmen for the 2012-2013 school year are invited to a social event, The Amazing Race, on May 3, 6:30pm. Registration required.
