School Bulletin: Wade Hampton High School

Here is the latest news from Wade Hampton High School in Greenville.

- Student Council and National Honor Society teamed up to "Can the Principal," Dec. 5 - 9.  Students collected canned food items and stored them in Principal Lance Radford’s office. By the end of the week he could not conduct business in his office. The school collected more than 2,500 cans and donated the items to Rutherford Road Baptist Church and Triune Mercy Center to replenish their pantries. Teacher Debra Williams' first block class singlehandedly collected 961 cans 

- Wade Hampton’s Art II students auctioned off window art at the YMCA’s Cain Halter branch Craft and Holiday Fair on Saturday, Dec. 10. The students created portraits of animals from Greenville’s Humane Society. These portraits were done on recycled windows.
