The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is investigating a shooting Monday night that sent one man to the hospital and a police officer placed on administrative leave. <a href="http://www.foxcarolina.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Fox Carolina</a> reports that Greer police officers were called to 204 Pleasant Oak Court around 7 p.m. for gunshots in the area. <a href="http://www.foxcarolina.com/story/21676107/sled-investigating-officer-involved-shooting-in-greer" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">According to the story</a>, an armed man confronted police. A police officer shot the man, who was then taken to Spartanburg Regional Hospital. His condition has not been released. The police officer has been placed on administrative leave.
