Around 3:30 p.m., Valentino was spotted meandering through the parking lot at Moe's Place. He walked around in the shade close to the bar. When a Patch editor attempted to take his picture, he trotted to the other side of the vehicle he had been inspecting.

After a game of "ring around the rosie," the editor gave up and went on about her way.

An hour later when passing back through the same area, there was Valentino walking across Reid School Road. He played chicken with an SUV, but made it safely across the street where he stood and watched the traffic for a few minutes.

Then, he quickly walked toward Gilstrap's stopping briefly to check out a red car in the parking lot and then headed for the front door.
