The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a head-on crash that injured three people Friday night. The wreck happened around 5 p.m. on Brushy Creek Road. According to WYFF, troopers said the driver of a 1996 Chevy van was traveling east on Brushy Creek Road when they crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 1999 Buick, said Highway Patrol.
