Tutti Frutti, located at 6015 B Wade Hampton Blvd., is building a yogurt empire.
Construction is still underway at the self-serve chain.
The store will offer more than 40 flavors of frozen yogurt, although not all at the same time, and a variety of toppings, according to the company's Website.
