Unaccompanied Minor Policy To Be Enforced Next Year At Outdoor Movie Events

City of Greer said that minors just wanting to be seen at Greer's outdoor movie series on Thursday nights led officers to enforce a policy that those under the age of 16 had to be accompanied by a parent to the event.

The City of Greer in an effort to cutdown on schoolyard fights at the outdoor movies series said next year they will enforce a policy that requires youth under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult.

According to The Greenville News, many teens were showing up just to be seen at the venue and were the cause of at least seven fights that broke out during the family-friendly events.
