What? South Carolina Missed Cut in Money's 100 Best Cities to Live

On Monday, Money magazine released the "Top 100 Best Places to Live," but there's something's missing — a South Carolina presence.
The annual list, which compares small cities across America, named Carmel, Ind., the best place to live.
Our neighbors to the north made it on the list with Chapel Hill, N.C.

- Chapel Hill, N.C.
