Tennessee Man Killed Making Harvey Repairs
A Winchester lineman died while assisting with Hurricane Harvey recovery in Texas.

VICTORIA, TX -- A Franklin County man died in Texas Tuesday while working as a lineman assisting with recovery from the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.
Lachlan Brain, a 2013 graduate of Franklin County High School, was in a bucket lift, working a line in Crescent Valley southwest of Houston. He apparently came in contact with a live wire while still in contact with the wire he was working, according to the Victoria County Sheriff's Office.

Brain was lowered and coworkers and law enforcement began CPR. Brain was taken to Victoria's Citizens Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 11:25 a.m.
An investigation by PowerTeam Services and T&D Solutions, the contractor Brain was working for, was underway Tuesday. Joseph Branco of PowerTeam told NewsChannel 5, "PowerTeam's thoughts and prayers go out to to Brain's family and friends during this difficult time."
