1 Dead In Brewer Drive Fire

NASHVILLE, TN -- A fire inside a garage at a Brewer Drive business kills one man late Friday.

Nashville Fire crews responded to the blaze around 9:30 p.m. to find the man, who was an employee at the business, trapped in the detached garage. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.

The investigation into the deadly fire is ongoing, but preliminary indications are that the victim was repairing a heater in the garage.
