14-Year-Old Assaults Bus Driver, Monitor: Nashville Police

A 14-year-old student assaulted a school bus driver and "intimidated" the bus monitor Tuesday morning, Nashville police said.

ANTIOCH, TN -- A 14-year-old student assaulted a school bus driver and intimidated the bus monitor in Antioch Tuesday morning, according to Metro Police.

As the bus, which was bound for Spectrum Academy, drove along Richards Drive near Lori Drive, the teen physically assaulted the driver and was taken from the bus in a patrol car.

He is charged with two counts of assault. No one was injured.
