2 Arrested, Heroin Seized In South Nashville Bust

An ongoing heroin investigation resulted in two arrests and a seizure of drugs, cash and cars.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Metro Police arrested two men and seized heroin, cars and cash in a South Nashville bust Tuesday.

Brandon Aguilar-Perez, 21, and Jose Guzman-Perez, 27, were arrested after a search of an apartment on Packard Drive during which detectives seized more than a quarter-pound of heroin along with two vehicles and $22,000 in cash.

Both men are charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

They are being held in lieu of $100,000 bond each. Further charges are likely.
