Antioch Man Shot In Rear By Caddy-Driving Gunman: Police

ANTIOCH, TN -- A man is recovering after he was shot in the buttocks outside an Antioch apartment complex Monday evening.

Metro Police said the man was sitting in his car in the parking lot of Antioch's Hanover Ridge apartments around 5 p.m. Monday when he was approached by a gun-toting black man, who then fired once, hitting the victim in the rear end. The victim was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center; his injury is not life-threatening.

The man said the shooter fled the scene in an older model maroon Cadillace.
