Feces, Eggs Smeared On Antioch Home

ANTIOCH, TN — An Antioch family answered a ring of their doorbell October 26 and made a disgusting discovery. Someone had smeared what is believed to be human feces on their door and smashed eggs against their garage.

Homeowner Aleece Bell told NewsChannel 5 hers was the only house in the neighborhood hit by vandals, though it's not clear if her home was targeted specifically.

The home does have a motion-activated video doorbell, so there is a fairly clear picture of a person running on the porch holding a bag before the vandalism occurred.

"If you definitely know the person in the video or the accomplice who was with them throwing the eggs, in the video you can see the two people run off, please just let us know who it is so they can pay for what they've done," Bell told the station.

Bell said the damage will cost an estimated $1,000 to repair.
