Live Electrical Wires Fall On Loaded Nashville School Buses

A Murfreesboro Pike construction accident sent live electrical wires falling on to school buses Tuesday afternoon.

ANTIOCH, TN -- Several students were hospitalized Tuesday after live electrical wires fell on Metro Nashville Public Schools' buses on Murfreesboro Pike.

A construction snafu sent the live wires tumbling on to the buses below when crews accidentally knocked into the wires.

The Nashville Electric Service cut off power to the wires and the uninjured students were transferred to other buses.
