South Nashville Man Accused Of Throwing Rocks At School Bus
Metro Police arrested a 31-year-old man for throwing rocks at a Metro school bus Tuesday.

NASHVILLE, TN — A 31-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, accused of throwing rocks at a Metro school bus and other vehicles on Bakertown Road.
Police arrested Alonso Martinez after the rear window of a bus was hit Tuesday afternoon. No students were aboard.
Martinez is charged with reckless endangerment and vandalism.

"The defendant was aggressive with officers and bystanders. The defendant attempted to kick out windows and evade officers," according to the police report.
There have been at least 10 incidents of rocks being thrown at passing cars in the area, but police do not believe Martinez is responsible for those.
