25 Pounds Of Pot Seized After Months-Long Investigation

A joint operation between Metro and Mt. Juliet Police resulted in an arrest and seizure of 25 pounds of marijuana.

HERMITAGE, TN — A months-long joint investigation between Mt. Juliet Police and Metro Police resulted in an arrest Monday and the seizure of 25 pounds of marijuana.

Acting on information from undercover detectives investigating a marijuana distribution network in Middle Tennessee, police arrested Christopher Moore, 38, at his Jonesboro Drive residence.

During a search of the home, officers found 25 pounds of marijuana and a loaded handgun, according to police.

Moore is charged with felony marijuana possession, weapon possession during the commission of a felony, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
