Three men are charged with crimes connected to a hit-and-run that killed a motorcyclist in Madison.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Metro Police arrested three men in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a motorcyclist on Gallatin Pike in February.

Police say 19-year-old Leon Duke was driving his friend's pickup truck Feb. 14 when he hit and killed Curtis Kevan, 59, who was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle on Gallatin Pike. Duke was leaving a Rivergate area bar when he turned in front of Kevan’s motorcycle.

Duke was arrested Friday, charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash, failure to render aid, failure to report an accident, failure to yield in a crash resulting in death and driving on a revoked license.

The pickup's owner, 28-year-old Leonard Henderson, is charged with evidence tampering. Police say he admitted to telling Duke to repair the damage from the crash. He is also accused of allowing Duke to drive despite knowing his license was revoked.

Russell Duke, 23, brother of Leon, is charged with evidence tampering. Investigators say the brothers went to a salvage yard to get parts to replace those damaged in the crash.
