3 Teens Arrested In Post-Football Game Carjacking
Metro Police say three teenagers played football with their would-be victims for 20 minutes before stealing their SUV at gunpoint.

INGLEWOOD, TN — Three teenagers played a game of football in an Inglewood park Sunday for 20 minutes with the men they'd eventually carjack, according to Metro Police.
The 27-year-old vehicle owner and two friends, 24 and 21, were playing football in South Inglewood Park around 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon when three teenagers asked if they could join the game. The sextet tossed the pigskin around for 20 minutes and the groups went their separate ways after the game broke up, according to investigators.
As the old trio walked backed to the 2006 Toyota SUV, the younger group approached and asked for a cigarette and some drink money. Suddenly, one of the teenagers pulled a gun, ordered the adults out of the SUV and the teens sped away, police said.
