3rd Person Arrested In 16-Year-Old East Nashville Girl's Death
A 23-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the death of 16-year-old Deberianah Begley at Cayce Homes in October.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Metro Police made a third arrest Tuesday in the October 8 shooting death of 16-year-old Deberianah Begley at James Cayce Homes.
Tomaz Kerley, 23, is alleged to have been with a group of young men when shots were fired toward another group in a public housing courtyard. Begley, who was sitting on a porch, was fatally hit when she attempted to run for cover.
The grand jury indicted Kerley for first-degree murder. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.

Previously arrested were 16-year-old Jamarius Hill and 17-year-old Antonio Gordon-Jenkins, both charged with criminal homicide and being held in juvenile detention.
