Child Found Alone On East Nashville Streets

NASHVILLE, TN -- Metro Police are looking for the parents of a young boy found wandering the East Nashville streets alone early Tuesday morning.

Officers found the boy on Cleveland Street around 4 a.m. It was unclear how he got out of his house.

After officers briefly questioned him, the boy was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for evaluation.

Efforts are ongoing to locate the child's parents.
