Cycling Shooter Injures 2 In East Nashville
A gunman on a bike shot two men in East Nashville Monday night, according to police.
NASHVILLE, TN -- Two men are recovering after being shot by a bicycling gunman in East Nashville Monday night.
Metro Police said the pair were sitting in a car on Chester Avenue when a third man pedaled up and joined them. The trio then got into an argument and the cyclist shot both men, hitting one in the arm and grazing the other's head. Both men were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Their injuries are not life-threatening.
The alleged shooter fled on his bike, which was recovered a short time later after it had been abandoned nearby. Police are still searching for the suspect himself.
