Deadly Madison Carjacking: Stolen Car Located
The 2005 Nissan Altima stolen during a fatal carjacking in Madison was located in Parkwood Wednesday.
NASHVILLE, TN -- The car taken in a fatal Madison carjacking was located Wednesday in the Parkwood neighborhood near Talbot's Corner northeast of downtown Nashville.
On Monday, 29-year-old Maria Brown was shot and killed outside a Due West Avenue apartment complex, where she'd been visiting family. According to Metro Police, a gunman approached Brown's 2005 Nissan Altima with a gun, demanded money and then fired into the car, striking Brown and then pulled Brown and her passenger from the car before driving away in the car.
The Nissan was found abandoned near the intersection of Sennadale and Cynthia lanes.
