A Donelson man is in critical condition after his roommate mistook him for a prowler and shot him.
DONELSON, TN — A Donelson man, shot by his roommate after being mistaken for a prowler, is in critical condition.
Early Sunday morning, the man was returning to his home on Dellrose Drive. His roommate, thinking someone was breaking into the house, shot him several times.

The man is in critical but stable condition with multiple gunshot wounds at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, according to Metro Police.
