East Nashville Murder-Suicide Under Investigation
Metro Police found a man and woman dead in an apparent murder-suicide on Ninth Street.

NASHVILLE, TN — Stephanie Jackson's son said his mom planned to leave her boyfriend and move close to him in Phoenix. She never made it to Arizona.
Metro Police found Jackson, 56, and her boyfriend, 61-year-old Wolfgang Blair, dead in an apparent murder-suicide at their Ninth Street home in East Nashville Thursday.
Jackson's son told investigation that she and Blair had been having problems and he waited at the Phoenix airport for her to arrive Wednesday, but she wasn't on the arriving plane and airline officials said she never boarded the flight. He contacted Metro Police who went to the couple's home Wednesday night for a welfare check, but no one answered the door and they saw nothing suspicious.
