Lebanon Man Stole Hermitage Woman's Tax Refund: Police
A group of people "having a good time" had that good time interrupted when a man allegedly stole a fellow partier's tax refund.

HERMITAGE, TN -- They were just "having a good time" until someone pulled a gun and stole a tax refund.
On March 12, according to Metro Police, four people were hanging out at a home on Hermitage's Brooke Valley Court, drinking and "having a good time." On the coffee table by the couch: a envelope containing one of the partier's tax refund and a handgun case.

After showing the handgun to William Barrett, two of the quartet left the room, only to return a few moments later after hearing a woman's screams, according to the police report. They saw Barrett pointing the gun at the woman. Barrett then reportedly took the tax refund - $1900 worth - and ran to his car.
Barrett, 24, of Lebanon was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
