Madison Couple Forged Medical Records For Jail Furlough: TBI
A man and woman from Madison falsified medical documents to secure brief releases from Sumner County's jail, according to the TBI.

GALLATIN, TN – A Madison couple forged medical records to secure brief respites from the Sumner County Jail, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
The TBI alleges that Camille Arendt, 30, and Tyris Brown, 51, provided falsified medical documents to the Sumner County Sheriff's Department which led to Brown's temporary release for doctor's appointments "at two medical facilities he did not scheduled for a diagnosis he did not have."

The Sumner County Grand Jury indicted each on six counts of forgery and three counts of identity theft. Brown was also charged with failure to appear. He was already in the Sumner County Jail on unrelated charges. Arendt was booked into the jail Wednesday.
