Nashville Nurse Charged In Friend's OD Death

A 46-year-old nurse allegedly admitted to injecting his friend with the dose of meth that killed him.

MADISON, TN -- A Nashville nurse allegedly admitted he injected his friend with a deadly dose of methamphetamine.

The Davidson County grand jury indicted Jason Faith, 46, on one count of reckless homicide in the April 28, 2017 overdose death of his friend, 55-year-old John Wireman.

Investigators say Faith, a registered nurse, drove to Wireman's Randy Road home to inject him at his request. Faith reportedly admitted to giving Wireman the dose that killed him and allegedly told detectives he'd injected Wireman numerous other times.
