Police Seek Man In East Nashville Murder
Metro Police have identified a suspect in the shooting death of 39-year-old Horace Whitley.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Metro Police are searching for a 40-year-old man in connection with the shooting death of Horace Whitley near the James Cayce Homes Tuesday.
The body of Whitley, 39, was found in a treeline near the Martha O'Bryan Center around 12:30 Tuesday afternoon, an hour after a shots-fired call was made to 911.
Investigators suspect Shanon Pleasant, 40, last known to be living on Joseph Avenue, as Whitley's killer.

Pleasant is considered armed and dangerous.
Whitley's cousin told NewsChannel 5 that he was "set up" and drawn to the bushes to be killed.
